The executive king room was well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Freshly baked croissants were a delightful highlight at breakfast. However, a rude interaction with a staff member during a call for assistance put a damper on my experience. The hotel's overall appearance felt a bit worn, which was unexpected based on prior visits. I also encountered noise disturbances that disrupted my sleep.
